Meet Braeden

Braeden received his Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Kent State University in 2020 and completed his dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays based in Boston, MA. He has always loved food, fitness, and people, which is what encouraged him to pursue a career in dietetics, focusing on preventative nutrition. 

Thanks to his love of public speaking and educating people on nutrition, he was able to design and teach Parkinson’s nutrition courses at InMotion in Cleveland, provided nutrition education to Akron area firefighters, and hosted a number of exercise nutrition seminars for Cleveland CrossFit gyms. Braeden has spent much of his time after college giving virtual nutrition counseling to clients with a variety of goals.He enjoys the simple things such as cooking for anyone and everyone he can, brewing his coffee every morning, spending quality time with friends and family, and making people smile :)
