Olivia Gallo RD, LDN

Hi, I’m Olivia!

I'm a strong believer in intuitive eating, and its evidence-based approach that rejects diet culture. Like so many others, I spent years of my life having a negative relationship with food and my body. I put so much energy into stressing over food and engaging in exercise that I really didn’t enjoy.

After lots of self-work and support, and discovering the intuitive eating framework, I now fully embrace a positive mindset around nutrition and exercise, which I’d love to share with you!

I'm passionate about guiding others in intuitive eating and ultimately, helping people feel like their best, most in-tune selves.

Now, don’t get me wrong, escaping diet-culture and reframing thoughts around food can seem daunting, but this is where OnPoint’s Intuitive Eating Support Group comes in handy. In this program, I’ll guide you through the intuitive eating framework and provide you with the tools you need to embody food freedom!

One 25-minute one-on-one Individual Assessment with Olivia Gallo RD, LDN

We'll review what to expect the next 10 weeks, personal goals and set up your online resources. 

 

2.

Five Bi-Weekly 60-minute interactive group coaching sessions

All sessions will be conducted via Zoom and recorded. Group session recordings will be posted 24 hours later in your mobile app for future viewing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where and when are the sessions hosted?

Your one-on-one Individual Assessment with Olivia and all group sessions are hosted via Zoom. Group sessions will be held at 6:00pm EST.

What happens if I miss one of the group sessions?

No worries! We’ll be recording all group sessions and sharing via your Food Journaling App in case you miss one or need a refresher.

Do I need to know what Intuitive Eating is to join the group?

Nope! Our course walks you through the principles of intuitive eating, so you don’t have to have any prior knowledge to enroll. By the end of the course, you’ll know all about it!

Is this program for someone with an eating disorder?

This program does not substitute eating disorder treatment nor is it for someone who feels they may have an active eating disorder. This program does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship. For eating disorder information and referrals, please contact NEDA.

What happens after completing the program?

After 10 weeks you will be well on your way to feeling empowered in your choices, making peace with food and your body, and living a life free of restriction! But, your journey with OnPoint does not need to end there. After completing the group program, you can continue working 1:1 with an OnPoint RD to further strengthen your relationship with food and your body. All graduating members of the group will receive 5% off any of our programs.

To ensure a personal and intimate experience, our OnPoint™ Connections groups are open to 8 participants only.   Each participant is asked to schedule a free consultation prior to enrollment to ensure our group is a great fit for you.
