What prompted you to make a change?

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, I started gaining lots of weight. I stopped working out and meal prepping and started eating at random times throughout the day. After a few months, I realized that my weight had significantly increased and was not slowing down. That is when I decided that I needed to find a dietician to help me figure out how to eat properly to control the weight gain.

How has your life and health changed since working with OnPoint Nutrition?

My clothes fit and look better on me, I feel less sluggish, my blood pressure decreased, and I feel happier overall.

What have you learned since working with the nutritionists at OnPoint Nutrition?

I learned that I am capable of sticking to a routine for a long time and actually enjoy it.

What would you tell someone who is thinking about working with OnPoint Nutrition?

I would tell them to do it and give it a fair shot! As long as you listen to your dietician and communicate your concerns, they will be able to help you meet your weight loss and health goals!

What part of your transformation are you most proud of ?

I’m proud of the fact that I learned to eat whatever I want as long as it is accounted for, logged, and eaten in moderation. I used to think that you had to eat salads all day to lose weight, but I quickly learned that you can indulge every once in a while and still eat your favorite foods while losing weight.

What do you feel was unique about your situation that other people may relate to?

I was working from the home the entire time I was doing this program, which came with its positives and negatives. On the negative side, I was sitting near my kitchen all day and had access to food whenever I wanted, which was tempting. On the positive side, I was able to eat at the exact same time everyday and establish a routine that was rarely changed or interrupted.
